Which method did you use? The Harris-Benedict formula or the Katch Mcardle formula?

I don't know weather to be happy or sad. I cracked the 100kg mark this morning weighing in at 99.6. So I have now lost in total 6.5kg in 9 weeks.
I cannot see where I lost the weight. The midsection seems the same and I cannot see any definition coming through yet. Strength in my legs is still going up but my chest, shoulders and back has stalled which Is due to calorie deficit. Fvck this sh1t I'm might bulk again.

How come when I don;t train I loose weight and the midsection comes down quick?

Down to 98.6kg.
Total loss is 7.5kg. Pretty happy the last 2 weeks. I thought I would struggle more after hitting 100kg but the weight is still coming off slowly with minimal cardio. The less cardio for me the better. I think changing my diet helped even with the increased carbs. I did however add a fat burner, I couldn't resist anymore. I do think this has contributed to my fat loss because I did not expect to get under 99 so quick after getting to 100. The waist is finally started to reduce I can start to see upper abs. Can't wait to get to 95kg, I think i will be somehwere close to my goal around that mark or possibly 92-93kg, I don't know for sure.
