Bench Press
6x6 Row 6x6 Squat 6x6 Really struggle with squats at 75kg considering I still had DOMS in my quads from the deads. Long way from 150kg x 5 reps of a year or 2 ago. ![]() Cheers.

Standing Calf Raise. (one leg at a time as i don't have calf machine)
5 x 12 Spider Culrs supersetted with Lying Tricep Extension 5 x 7 each Rear Delt Raise 5 x 7

It is. haven't done these for years but feel real good, not cheating is possible either.
I only needed 15kg + ez curl bar weight.

Side Lateral Raise
5 x 12 Zottman Curl supersetted with Lying Dumbell Extension 5 x 7 each Seated Calf Raise 5 x 12 Delts were very sore.....for a change.
