Hit gym yesterdfay found one in coffs that was ok and not going to charge me too much country towns seem to sting you.

At least the barbell is an ABC one.. ALot better then the one i use at FF. It spins so freely and i like the feel of it the knurling doesnt cut up my hands and power cleans feel alot easier.

Squats 5x5 110kg
Incline bench warmed up tried 100kg failed Rest was shit house so moved on.
Deadlifts 140 5x5.
Ukranian deadlifts 50kg dumbell. 3 x 10 HOLY **** DRILLED MY CORE SO BAD! I love it.

Everyone looked at me strange when i took to benches put them next to each other took my hoes off and started doing them. They were curling 15kg dumbells seated wearing belts.

96 when i wake 99 when i sleep.. Never realised weight could fluctuate so much during the day .

3x8 Close grip bench used smith machine bench taken 60kg plus whatever the smith machine is.
5 x 3 Power cleans 60kg
Juds 3 x 5 40kg
Romanian deadlift with 50kg dumbell (heaviest there) 3 x 10
