Seems pretty full on, I am intersted in the weights you are lifitng. If you are doing front and overhead squats I would imagine you are pretty advanced.

What about overhead squat? There is some serious flexibility needed in your shoulders for that. I know I am not flexible enough yet. To much pushing and not enough pulling for me, I wish I had of got shown by someone who knew what they were doing from the start.

I have had my vagina on the last 2 days after the PB deadlift.

I havnt been able to sleep latly till about 3am. But last night i crashed at 8 and slept till 8 this morning.. Think i taxed my CNS fairly hard. I will still keep at it up my food intake and see if i can manage it. Otherwise it might just be too manly for me.

Nice work, thats a tough workload, good weights to.

A 40-50kg overhead squat is going okay, like Josh said, most dont have the flexibility.

I have everyone at my weightlifting sessions warm up with 10 reps with a 20kg bar, then we finish the session with guys going heavier. Everyone can do them, otherwise they wouldnt be allowed to lift in the weightlifting session. I have 10-15 lifters in the one session, all doing the same thing, 3 lifters per bar.

Your CNS will get smashed with that workload, make sure you eat and drink enough. Naps help.

I think the naps will come in handy for sure.

I noticed that on wednesday.. I had trianed everyday since sunday and on sunday and wednesday night i also had ninjutsu. Come thursday i wanted to sleep at 6pm.

Once i up the food intake i think i should be able to manage if not i will make myself manage.

"Good dedication" is a bloody understatement, that would be damned hard!

You'd have to eat like a Soviet weightlifter to keep that going
