squatting 3 days in a row? that is intense.

im assuming shutter style is when you pause at different heights throughout the lift?

It's not too bad, I suspect the breathing squats at these weights are more straining mentally than physically

The stutter squats I do (not sure if they're even right), I go down, go back up, stop about 10-15cms above parallel then back down and up again like a normal squat. That's 1 rep. Can't find a vid on youtube so you'll just have to use your imagination
