Met some of the competitors for batb Bench (could have been 10x.. can't remember) 5x Chains 5x 20 + Chains 5x 30 + Chains 5x 40 + Chains 2x 50 + Chains failed Clean 3x40 3x40 3x40 Lunges + red old school barbell 10x each leg 10x Bench 10kg with chains 10x on right, then only 3 on the other 6x bench 10kg with chains 10x on left, 1 on right Squat 10x 40 6x 50 10x 60 20x 40 Canon balls one arm ~8x @ 20kg Swings one arm ~3x @ 16kg |

Squat 5x5 97.5 Bench 5x 60 5x 62.5 5x 62.5 3x 62.5 -FAIL @ 4 4x 60 - FAIL @ 5 Deadlift 6x 60 5x 100 3x 140 1x 160 2x 140 3x 100 6x 60 Power Clean 2x 40 FAIL @ 2 -Wrist started playing up again I gotta recover faster from my squats, it was just way too stiff and gave me some trouble benching. Cleared up around 15 mins later for deadlifts though |

Bench Squat Started low and failed once it hit 140 Bench Press 10x 60kg 10x 60kg 7x 60kg (FAIL) 7x 60kg (FAIL) T-Bar Rows w/ torsonator 10rep sets, started failing @ 50 O/Head Press Cant remember what I got up to, think it was 65 and got 4/5 reps Last edited by nievs; 23-09-2009 at 10:11 PM. |

Bench Press Did about 6 sets of double reps 75? Will start writing things down cause I don't remember Close grip bench Again about 6 sets, 5 reps each Started from 40, worked my way to 65-70 Squat 40x 40kg 23x 50kg (Failed) I think this was more a case of the mind quitting rather than the body. Busted out another 10x 50 when Markos wasn't looking

Could have done more/less sets, cant remember Bench Press Went from 70kg down to the bar, with 10kg stripped off when you hit 5 reps or failed. I'm ashamed to say that did absolutely crap in this, got 70x5, 60x5 and then started failing from then to just the bar. Then it went the other way and I reckon I did a lot better 20kg x 5 30kg x 4 40kg x 3 50kg x 2 60kg x 1 70kg x 1 60kg x 1 50kg x 1 40kg x 1 Fail. Thrusters 12kg x 10 10kg x 10 8kg x 5 8kg x 7 10kg x 2 12kg x 3 |
