Squat 20x 80kg Bench 7x 70kg 6x 70kg (Failed last rep) Stiff leg deadlift Can't remember what weight it was, but didnt do too well here 10x XX 10x XX Clean + Press 10x 40kg 10x 45kg 10x 50kg 5x 55kg Bent over rows w/ KB 10 reps then switch arms, got to 40 on each arm |

Oh man I'm sore all over today specially around the upper back and shoulders.
Diet and rest seemed ok that night - 2 scoops of whey as soon as workout was done, about 250g chicken, mushrooms and brocolli when I got home at 8. Didn't drink or anything. Got really hungry at about 12 so stopped by maccas on the way home and grabbed a mighty angus burger. Had about 400mls of milk before bed. Good, manly kind of sore though |

yeah i pulled up pretty sore after wednesdays session. those drop sets and 64kg UDL's took a toll on me after nearly 2 weeks off lol

Someone was actually using the squat rack, so I pressed first Press (Clean from ground) 40kg x5 (Military) 50kg x5 (First 2 military, rest push press) 55kg x5 (All push) 55kg x5 (All push) Clean 55kg x5 60kg x5 70kg x1 <- Couldnt do this at PTC a few weeks back, good to see improvement Squats 100kg 5x5 Back in April when I started a 5x5 this was my goal, breathing squats from now on Bench 70kg x7 72.5kg x2 (Wanted to hit 7 but failed there) 60kg x5 Deadlift 60kg x5 100kg x5 130kg x3 150kg x3 160kg x1 150kg x3 130kg x3 100kg x5 Last edited by nievs; 05-10-2009 at 07:39 PM. |
