Nice workout ronnie. How do you feel today?
I thought it was just M's tough love

Feeling pretty good actually, just a really tiny ache behind the shoulderblades. No doms or anything, but then I rarely get doms anyway.

Oh man I'm sore all over today specially around the upper back and shoulders.

Diet and rest seemed ok that night - 2 scoops of whey as soon as workout was done, about 250g chicken, mushrooms and brocolli when I got home at 8.
Didn't drink or anything.
Got really hungry at about 12 so stopped by maccas on the way home and grabbed a mighty angus burger. Had about 400mls of milk before bed.

Good, manly kind of sore though

When I read the amount of reps you did on Cleans and PP I thought, "I bet he is feeling those". It's amazing how many muscles get sore from Power Cleans and PP.
