A Smith Machine is a not a Barbell! We all know that.

I lagged with my response. Brendon has it covered!

Done.

What's your name, lazy? I put lazy in brackets so that it's clear who the training diary belongs to... but it looks like your diary is lazy (lol)... so I could amend the (lazy) to (real name) if you'd like.

You will build a much stronger core this way. You can't actually squat properly on a Smith Machine as it is in a fixed axis, that is no good. You won't be building your stabilising muscles and won't be building outright strength.

Squats 60kg 10 65kg 10/10 (Squat rack and long olympic bar used, I will be avoiding the smith machine from now on)
BP 40kg 8/8/8
Bent rows 40kg 40kg 8/8/7
MP 25kg 8/8 30kg 3 (stupid gym and their 2.5kg plates)
BB curls 20kg 8/7/8
SLDL 80kg 8/4/(had to leave )
