Hi Lazy,

Why don't you take your own 1.25kg plates to the gym with you?
Then you won't have to jump up in 5kg increments.

Or ask the gym to buy a pair, don't they have $6 to spare?

The Hulk: According to the kid working there I need to refer the issue with the Mcmanager. I dont like the idea of taking weight to the gym, im going to ask for more weights, chains and that elastic stuff.

ATG means ass to grass. It is when you squat to below parrellel.

BP 40kg - 8 45kg - 8/8
Bent rows 40kg - 8/8 45kg - 8
Squats 65kg - 10/10 70kg - 7
MP 25kg - 8/8/6 (2 min rest between sets)
DL 90kg - 8/5/7 (5 min rest between sets)

Im not very active, I sit on the bus, train, at work etc, im a Endomorphic Mesomorph.

I did weights 8 years ago, consisting of high rep low weight, what a waste of my time

If PTC wasn't in another state I would be there everyday, yes modo if you are reading this get your arse over there pronto.

Nice deadlift Marcello. Test yoiur 1RM every 4-6 weeks. Its good for the soul.

Ok, Ill do them every 6 in 6 weeks.

Squats 65kg - 10 70kg 9/9 (3 min rest between sets)
BP 45kg - 8 50kg 4/5 (3 min rest between sets)
BR 45kg - 8/8/7 (2 min rest between sets)
MP 20kg - 12 25kg - 8/5 (2 min between 1st & 2nd set, 3 min for last)
SLDL 80kg - 8/5/0 (5 min rest between sets)
