Hi Lazy,
Why don't you take your own 1.25kg plates to the gym with you? Then you won't have to jump up in 5kg increments. Or ask the gym to buy a pair, don't they have $6 to spare? |

I don't know what ATG is but I did a full squat, felt different and did it raw
The Hulk: According to the kid working there I need to refer the issue with the Mcmanager. I dont like the idea of taking weight to the gym, im going to ask for more weights, chains and that elastic stuff. |

About myself.
Name - Marcelo Age - 28 Height 184cm Current weight - 95kg 29/10/09 Im not very active, I sit on the bus, train, at work etc, im a Endomorphic Mesomorph. I did weights 8 years ago, consisting of high rep low weight, what a waste of my time If PTC wasn't in another state I would be there everyday, yes modo if you are reading this get your arse over there pronto. |

Ok, Ill do them every 6 in 6 weeks.
Squats 65kg - 10 70kg 9/9 (3 min rest between sets) BP 45kg - 8 50kg 4/5 (3 min rest between sets) BR 45kg - 8/8/7 (2 min rest between sets) MP 20kg - 12 25kg - 8/5 (2 min between 1st & 2nd set, 3 min for last) SLDL 80kg - 8/5/0 (5 min rest between sets) Last edited by lazy; 12-11-2009 at 08:22 PM. |
