Squats 100kg 10/7/9 (4 min rest between sets)
BP 70kg 8/5/6 (3 min rest between sets)
dl 60kg 8 80kg 8 100 6


today
dl 1rm 140kg 1rm 160kg

Doing dl's at this stage was a very bad idea, the following week I couldn't do squats for 5 reps let alone 3 sets of 10, Ill leave dl's for Feb and give squats 2 weeks break.
