Default Beginners program diary (lazy)

I dont do these in any particular order, what ever is available I use.

MP 20kg 10/10 25kg 6
BP 40kg 5/6/4 (dont know why but I can do more)
Bent rows 30kg 10/10 35kg 9
Squats 60kg 10/10/10
SLDL 70kg 8/7/just about to throw up

Edit: I felt sick because I had a Pre-workout drink 20 minutes before the work out, I will never be doing that again.

i find i too get a bit queasy if i've eaten or drunk anything substantial before a session. Use the old "don't go swimming until half hour after you've eaten" rule.

Eat big within an hour of finishing your lifting though, fill up the tank

I had the pre-workout drink 1hr before workout but still I felt like vomiting when doing bent rows so I skipped DL and did shrugs instead 2x7 80kg/90kg.

The thing I hate about this gym is that you can only go 5kg at a time.

Squats 65kg 10/10/9
BP 40kg 8/8/4 (last set rest for 2 minutes, next time I will try 3 min)
Bent rows 35kg 8/8/8
MP 20kg - 8/6/8 (2 min rest between 1 and 2 set, 4 min rest for last)
BB curl 15kg 10/10/8

Maybe try sipping on the pre-workout drink throughout your workout. So it's a pre/intra drink.
It is much more effective than having it one hour before as well.

Raphsta is right, that is not a proper squat. Get a Barbell on your back, it will be completely different.
