All numbers going up, well done, keep going. The curls are pointless but if they make you happy and keep you going to the gym then keep doing them!

thanks kyle and eaglebay. yeah i have heard that the curls are pointless and might give them away. just more time wasting i guess. might add chin ups to the mix this week and see how that pans out. cheers for the supprt fellas. much appreciated!!
