ta noobs, sticky and eaglebay!!!! i have started a new job and it is destroying my spare time. All my free time goes into working out, looking after my property ect. so i struggle to get on here and fill out my logs. I barely get enough time to browse the forums like i used to.
When work dies down a bit ill def start logging again. i have it in my gym bag on paper just havent typed it recently!!!! Thanks lads!!! you guys keep me going!!!

haha No Squats tonight coz of ongoing knee failure!!! yeah yeah i know physio!!! Bench 70kg x 1 x 6 80kg x 1 x 6 90kg x 2 x 6 100kg x 2 x 2 80kg x 1 x 8 70kg x 1 x 8 Deadlift (knee tad sketchy) 110kg x 1 x 6 120kg x 1 x 6 140kg x 2 x 6 150kg x 1 x 2 close grip chins 15kg weight 3 x 10 easing back into it !!!
