If you squat 140kg and deadlift over 200kg, you can't say you know fck all. You did something right.

Anyway, not knowing sht never stopped the typical Aussie bloke from having his say before, why should it stop you?

Sorry, I meant that in the sense that I have little experience in terms of oly lifting and that PowerBuilder is wavering between that and going back to powerlifting so we don't know what he would want to focus on.

Start training and I'll comment on it.

Jerking 50kg 10 times for a single is not training

Try some 20 rep squats, you never know, they may just stop you going the way of modo, which is exactly the way your heading.

Read your own journal and make an honest assesment, there is nothing nice to say about it at all, unfortunately.

I really really want you to succeed because of your passion, I just think your afraid of training hard, unfortunately. I'm only getting this feeling from reading your journal

Get back to basics man. Concentrate on the main lifts and work from there. Your name is Powerbuilder, keep on Power building!

Also, don't worry to much about getting coached on the oly lifts. Sure there is technique involved, but it is simply picking a BB off the ground and lifting it above your head in 2 different variations. I used to worry about technique and coaching but are we ever going to be at a level where we really need it? Just do the lifts over and over and progress and you will learn.
