mine is Cooked oats cooled down and mixed with chocolate whey. I find it damn tasty.

Last cpup[le opf morning ive been chucking in the fry pan chopped up zuccini, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, chillis, a tin of tuna , and some low fat fetta.... mmmmmmmmmm so good.
