I find it funny how my friends criticize me for eating too much canned tuna and eggs (usually 6 for breakfast, while they stuff themselves with chocolate, soda, refined carbs and fats (donuts for breakfast anyone?).

Because people a dumb... If people sell it too me it must be ok?
