I sip on aminos during workout then just eat soon as I finish.
Usually steak and vegies.

Okay thanks for the very helpful information everyone, I'm basically thinking of having a cup or 2 of full cream milk and then having what ever is for dinner, and maybe if it is not a high protein dinner than have a little tin of tuna (100g). I'll try and eat more high protein like steak, but I'm not the head of house (yet).
