Right now I've got this mixture of wheat grass, barley grass, and spurilina algae. And yeah it tastes bad...like really really really bad. But it is extremely healthy, so I keep taking it.
Does anyone else take green drinks? What are your experiences? |

Where do you get Spurilina Algae, other than a fish food store.

I beleive the cost to benefit ratio is not very good for these green foods. yes they are good for you but for the money you pay i'd prefer to spend it on vegeis and steak.
