savoury bacon & PB&co heat is on oats (this was unbelievable!)
Cooked up another no pasta lasagne but added bacon, took out the mixed veggies & used egg plant instead of zucchini. Winning combo! No pasta lasagne (roo & bacon) with salad & baconnaise banana/maple protein ice cream with reeces puffs

Chicken bacon cajun pizza x2 Total of 868cals 91P/64C/26Fcola (raspberry/lime) jelly cheesecake (225 cals 24P/17C/7F for 2 slices) with raspberry icecream.

Egg white omelette with grilled zucchini, parsley and basil, chopped cayenne chilli, a splash of vincotto, and dijon mustard.
Had it with tomatoes and green salad and a slice of omega-3 protein bread. Best part (aside from the awesomeness of the meal itself) was getting the herbs, chilli, zucchini and tomatoes from the garden. :-D the pic isn't great but it was fantastic.
