Super Easy to make, and really delicious! Full of protein!
Ingredients: Olive Oil Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets Masterworks Cajun Seasoning (HOT) Salt & Pepper Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius 2) Pour small amount of olive oil into pyrex dish or similar 3) Spread oil around evenly 4) Place chicken breasts in dish and cover evenly with oil 5) Grind some salt and pepper onto chicken and massage in with fingers 6) Sprinkle Cajun Seasoning across top of chicken, lightly dab with fingers 7) Place dish in oven and cook for 40-50 minutes, checking every so often 8) When seasoning is golden, and fork comes out clean - chicken is ready! 9) Place chicken onto plate with napkins to drain unwanted fats 10) Leave to cool and serve with salad or refrigerate for lunches/sammiches! Delicious! |

That reminds me of my cajun recipe but only takes about 10 mins
Cut the breast in half length ways Sprinkle some cajun seasoning on both sides (all purpose and garlic steak seasoning are very good also) Cook them in your george foreman for about 5 mins and its done I cut them in half to make sure they are evenly cooked, thick breasts dont like this cooking method. Steam some veg for a quick tasty meal |
