    Send us your favorite or most effective workouts so that we can help other people make the same progress with their workouts as you do. We will take your workout and add it to our collection and of course give you credit for the great addition to our workout database!

    Shotgun method is cool.
    Combines compounds one day and work on weaknesses the next.
    I use this principle regularly but modify it to suit my requirements.

    3x10 of each of them, 3 times a week would work for a while!
