No, thats not it, bar touches body all the way up and down, dont lock knees, keep legs stiff, its all in my video "How We Roll" that you ordered Aaron.
I cant believe the resurgence in the video, I'll have to do a new one, Max is tiny in the original lol |

My deadlifts go something like this:
Deadlift 10 x 100kg 08 x 120kg 04 x 140kg 02 x 145kg 02 x 150kg 02 x 150kg 02 x 150kg Should i be doing it differently, would i be getting benefits from the above? |
