In the early 90's I was doing BB incline press in a gym. The pin keeping the bench in position slipped out. The bench hit the ground very hard, I was only using 60kg, I kept pressing as if nothing had happened. If I wasnt warming up, it could have been very serious.

Teach me to do stupid bodybuilding exercises lol

Not sure mate - fairly heavy - 30's-40's

The dumbells fell right into his wrists and crushed them - he has 2 metal plates there now.

Whoops, im assuming it wasn't rated to hold that amount of weight plus his torso.
