its pretty awesome how he only lifts the bar a few cms.

im not taking away from how strong he is, just an observation.

Its the wide stance he uses. Means he's starting the lift with a straight back and his legs almost straight from the get go. Nice technique...

It's called Sumo stance and is not as easy as Andrey makes it look...it's actually very technical.

Many Sheiko advocates use Sumo over conventional due to the stress placed on the lower back from the volume.

PS Is that still considered raw with a belt?...

Still a blow-your-mind awesome lift, just wondering about the technicalities of the raw claim. Or is it ok provided no mummy suit.
