hi scott mate i have had the worst flu ever but back again, simple the w.p.c wants records from national events only ,a couple of quick phone calls a name change and we are in alls good and this event will grow to be the big one for bench press guys as it use to be in the past

Well one hurdle overcome, i have the time off work, once i pay power rates and rego, I will see if I can eat let alone, make the trip and afford to enter...fingers crossed, for some overtime!...lol

Hopefully now I will be able to meet up and do some openers with the boys in Bris, and get some last minute pointers..

I'm keeeen. Benched 90 x 3 today for paused reps after a full set already. I'm gunning for 100!

Where can I get a soft suit from?
