Got sick of converting kg to pounds then cross checking my values.
So I made a spreadsheet that does it all for you. Download the zip file, uncompress, open the spreadsheet, follow the instructions. Apologies Ive only done it for Adult Men, if I get enough demand, Ill extend it for Adult Women. I briefly checked it, there is no error handling. *** Spreadsheet superceded by version 2.0, see posts below. ***

FINGRD, its not about where you start, its about where you finish up that counts.
Put up your numbers.

very well said Paul, it's not where you start!
btw thanks for the updated spreadsheet. for me bodyweight 81kg press 60kg - novice - prolly bit more in the tank, i did 55kg 10x3 alright. bench 82.5kg - novice - paused at a comp. definitely lacking chesticles. squat 170kg - advanced - i'm not elite yet. hopefully 185kg by end of year. deadlift 175kg - intermediate - weak compared to deadlift. hoping 200kg by eoy. powerclean 82.5kg - novice - only tried max effort on my first session. working on technique. as you can see, my upper body is lagging behind, also deadlift needs to be much better. when people find out i squat 170kg, they think i deadlift 5 plates LOL! but yea, still working hard at it and enjoying the process
