The most success I have had for pec development was dips. I did millions of these, going up to hanging 150lb DB's off a belt.

I guess my leverages were suited to the lift.

Powerclean 55kg by 1
Deadlift is 120kg by 1

It does help me keep tight by started with the head of the bench and then moving forward keeping the feet in the same place.
I dont think any one lift is really lagging, they are all in decent proportion to the others.

You just need to get stronger all over.

Your strength is basically the same as mine was mid 2007.

Well my squat went up to 100kg 3 x 5 today.

I also deadlifted 140kg by 1 today also.

My bench stayied at 60kg 3 x 5.

This is after getting a gym membership at the end of August.

I deloaded and went with 35kg and tried to do 5 x 10 to see if that helps as deloading has helped with my squats and deadlifts.

Agree when I started to do weighted dips my bench imporved. I did find however that if I focused on them too much I would arch up heaps more doing heavy bench. So I would balance it with incline db presses aswell as it helps to involve the delts more so you can acheieve a heavy lift whilst laying flater. Also front raises help i recon. esp if you are an elbow forward kind of bencher. I tend to fly.
