    How much cardio is enough?

    Hi staunch308, As you have planned with fast jogging intensity so I think 30 minutes will be enough in the beginning but do increase your distance/mileage with the time for better results. nutritionist san antonio

    Cardio.

    Hi MixedMartialArts, I have started jogging with 2 miles and increased distance gradually and now I jog for 10 miles daily. Besides that I do cardio on stationary bike and treadmill in gym to burn fats. nutritionist san antonio
