    [BRIS] Big Bench in Paradise comp

    Dam thats a week after i get back from Europe :(, I would love to compete but after 8 weeks of not training i think it would be best not to jump straight into a Comp. I will be looking forward to next years but.

    I was looking at some pics of Lensar and there is no way that when he was in the ring he was under 265. i would have thought he would have been closer to 280-290. I would love to see a Super Heavy Weight division

    BLBarclay, The only thing better than that is Picking the fruit off the tree and Juicing it, However i normaly just eat it. Its good having friends with orchids.

    Training until you vomit

    Forza, I would stop taking the Black Powder and also look at what you are eating and drinking before you train. I know if i eat certain foods it will affect my stomach during workouts. Also if you are pushing hard and traing like you were before you stopped, you might need to ease back into it.
