Advice on some new squat shoes

I have Innov8 335 (0.65" heel lift), Reebok Lifter plus 2.0s (0.65" heel lift), and Nike Romeleo 2s (0.75" heel lift). Build quality of all of them is excellent. The Nikes didn't suit me and gave me knee issues. The reeboks are very comfortable due to the u-form sole (heat them in the oven...

Squat Racks - Rogue SML and ...this other one

I have the rogue S2 rack and it's awesome. High Quality, great foot print for my single garage. I've seen both the Gymdirect and Urban RX racks; they are bigger than my s2, they felt heavy duty and would be able to handle anything I could throw at them. There are a bunch of folks using muscle...

    Review - Inov-8 Fastlift 335

These have a 0.65" heel, whereas the Romeleos/Adistars have a 0.75" heel. I actually prefer my fastlifts to my romeleos; they just suit my biomechanics more. And yes, I defo have a shoe addiction.

    Do-Win lifting shoes

I have the size 42 Do-Wins, used them infrequently for 3 months but they were too small. Still have the box as well. Condition wouldn't be as good as your pair.

Parkrun - Free 5km timed race at various locations worldwide (Family orientated, dog

I'm getting close to my 50 run red shirt. I go to the St Peters run (the hill always kills me). I'm not that quick, currently doing between 23 - 25 minutes per run (5km).

    Not another belt thread..

I'm still enjoying my Spud 3 ply belt (3 years old now). I can only compare to a crappy harbinger 2 prong leather belt, but it shits all over that and is much easier to take off.

for those of you that get self-conscious working out

Home Gym I hope that red back stays in the corner. What's that possum looking at? Hurry up and park your shitty van neighbor, getting high on exhaust fumes and deadlifts don't mix!

    Protein Spiking

Fixed, I think. I don't know if it's just this guy trying to spruik his wares; but I do like that he is campaigning against proprietary blends.

Australian body builder Paul Graham on how he sculpted Arnold Schwarzenegger’s early

I was confused why Paul wasn't mentioned by name in Arnold's autobiography, rather he was referred to as "the aussie crocodile wrestler" or "aussie friend".

military press push press shoulder press.

I picked up a couple of handy tips from this video; prior to watching it I was feeling a twinge in my left shoulder that cleared up when I realised my hands were in front of my elbows at one stage during the lift.

    Weight lifting belt, which one?

I use the spud 3-ply deadlifting belt and I love it! Great support, doesn't feel uncomfortable like my old schiek lever belt and it actually feels safer (probably because the lever on my schiek belt was dodgy and prone to coming open).

Multi Purpose Cross Training Rack/Half Rack

I have the rogue S2 half rack/squat rack; and previously I have owned the powertec power rack. The S2 feels more stable and better for chins/pull ups than the powertec or non-commercial MMPR (note I do have the base storage arms with 4 x 25kg bumpers stabilising the rack). The Powertec or MMPR...
