    Went to Belgium the other weekend with a mate - holy shit do they have a lot of good beers. I've been struggling to find a decent beer in Scotland that I could really sit down and sink a couple but in Brussels/Bruge I must've tried about 8-10 and loved them all.

    I'm hoping to get to 120/80/150 for my working sets. With 13 weeks left in the year I think that's entirely achievable. I'm still not quite sure what the point is of measuring 1RMs, unless you were competing or something but I'm a long way from even thinking about that. Thanks for the support...

    Just working weights mate, I haven't bothered testing 1RMs. Squats 3x10 Bench 3x8 Dead 3x5 For the working sets, just FYI.

    You look quite lean already mate, definitely in need of a bit of bulk - worry about the 6 pack later on. As they say, a 6 pack on a skinny guy is like tits on a fat girl. Also, good to see some locals on the forums. I'm originally from Ballarat!
