I've heard good things about Myofusion. I've tried Superpump once and liked it, but it's probably too exxy for my blood. If it's on special I'd get it.
Can't beat Muscle Milk for my favourite protein drink though. And it's cheap, relatively.

Cardio, like weights is a tool for a purpose. Saying someone is weak for doing cardio is flat out retarded.

Every Sunday I eat what ever I feel like. All day. And don't do anything more than some shopping, washing and ironing for the week. It's my day off.
Common Sunday food:
Oatmeal Pancakes w/ honey/choc topping etc.
Burgers
Yiros
Homer Hudson Icecream - whole 500ml tub.
Pide

It's entirely upto you. I prefer higher fat than carbs. I tend to keep all carbs for around training, but eat protein/fat/veg the rest of the day. I can afford to do this and keep it up though.
For you, I'd just eat as you can, but try and keep a focus on more protein as I don't know whats...
