    Just realised that was a slightly dumb question. Haha, obviously if both are giving out the same EE over the 24h period, most people would choose high intensity over low, due to time spent exercising, albeit slightly more demanding. But I'm still interesting to see your thoughts on this one.

    Yeah, I know. I would never lower my protein, it would be the last thing I'd lower. I was only making a point for Max regarding the different macro breakdowns and the resulting effects. Yeah definitely agree.

    Even if BN was slightly inferior to the other companies (which isn't) I'd still pay for the much cheaper protein that BN has to offer. Can't believe I was actually paying $150+ only 4kg of WPC. What a rip.

    Yeah, I highly rate bulk nutrients too. I've tried strawberry and vanilla. I prefer strawberry, delicious. If anything, go for strawberry. Smells and tastes great, and mixes easily too.
