    Great thanks, I descend kind of medium speed so that's good. Any difference in wrap recommendations for high bar squats where there's more range of motion into the hole and more quad power needed? Or same as low bar?

    They're fresh, I've found they last at least 4 days in the fridge usually more. You can pay extra for 2x week delivery, but for convenience I get single delivery and eat half through the week and freeze the other half for the weekend.

    About $150pw I think but it varies, I get 10-15 meals depending on how many I have left (depends how much I eat out). Price is dependent on the meal too. For me I'm time poor so this price is great, I can have a shorter lunch break too which keeps more time on my timesheet

    That's some strong squatting, I haven't hit more than a single at weights higher than 180. Been doing hypertrophy and pause squats 140x10 Recent rep PB on Deadlift was 172.5kg x 15 full reps, thought I would get gassed out but surprised my self. Was a good day with a PB single too before that...

    Things are getting ridiculous now.. Was just beginning to enjoy watching the IPF worlds streams, and now it's going to be split :( I'll just enjoy the US Open then, at least it unifies up to everyone outside of the IPF.

    I like what Kyle said that people think too much (including me). But since I learnt the "knees out" cue my uncomfortable squat got a lot better. Pushing the knees out creates the space my body just drops into naturally. I don't know whether the hips or knees break first, but the nice thing is...
