I like the way you think but I do still feel old though. It is taking longer to recover from sessions and I tire more easily.
Maybe its a testosterone deficiency in my case? :O
I think its a given that age does make a difference to gains. For example an 18 year old and a 30 year old with similar genetics and training as hard as each other - the 18 year old would see better/quicker gains right?
Question is why? Is it testosterone levels?
FYI I'm 32 and trying to...
Ditto #4. They don't have to try as hard. And its all about them.
Plus like another poster said - beauty is in the eye of the beholder and when the lights are off, they are all the same.
Still I can see the attraction to speed up metabolism and get to where you want to be quicker than just diet alone.
Do you have a comp or something coming up??
