    At least it's better than someone's how low is your test gauchehabor? i know it doesn't look that bad at all but 20.1 at 23 seems low my GP says its all good what options do you have when your GP doesn't wanna hear it? do you just keep going to different GP's till you find some who cares enough...

    Thought this would be the place to ask this what should a 23yr olds FSH, LH and test be around if they eat right and weight regularly. had some test done if anyone is interested; FSH 19.8 U/L (1.5-13) LH 8.8 U/L (2.0-10) test 20.1 nmol/L (11.5-32.0)

    How can i stop the "hip wink" as i'v heard someone on here call it, i get to about parallel to the floor with my squat then like a switch it tilts my hips which then aggravates my lower back any way of stopping this.
