1-6kg is a waste even for my wifes standards in terms of weight lifting. truth be told, the 7-10kg range is for my wife, and the remainder is for me ;p

been dieting ok, training ok, but noticed lately i have heaps mroe stress due t work and lot less sleep. big difference in terms of not losing any weight yes?

Can you ever slow cook for say 15 hours? I usually leave the house at 7am and come home at around 930pm
I only get it on sale too. I forgot the brand I got but its a flavoured one with french onion I believe. I have it with spinach and tuna as a dressing for my salad!
Another thing I would like to mention is that natural peanut butter so far macro wise in comparison to avocadoes WINS hands down.

For the 200 pound man diet, I personally feel the calories are too high for a "cut"
I worked out my maintenance in which i work out 5 times a week. maintenance is from memory - 2800 calories.... on a cut I deducted 20% and this equated to 2240 calories.
I just punched in all the foods eaten...

well I currently do 2.4x my bodyweight so I think this is a silly post
i do this. just careful oyu dont hyper extend your knee. more control/slower movement going down! epeically when u do with some heavier barbell eg 40kg
sorry, u are right I should have calrified a bit more.
when I say I have done my lwoer back, I have these sharp back pains when doing 40kg bb squats as well as deadlifts on the same weight. WHenever I put any strain on my lower back, the pain comes along.
