    MM Commercial dip attachment

I got this one today ( including my powerrack etc.. ) Haven't done weighted dips on it yet but at 6"3 100kg it very sturdy and seems capable of holding a lot more. For some people I can see the benefit of adding adjustable width, for smaller people i suppose? but Hulk just said a 5"6 guy feels...

    All in one powder

can't find super detailed info on it, but it appears to be a extremely overpriced mix of protein/carbs/creatine and some other products. BritStu I suggest you don't waste money on a "super mix" cocktail, buy protein/creatine etc separately http://www.professionalwhey.com.au/...

    When to use

Need to have a really good look at your diet before investing in heaps of supplements. Everybody should take a Multi Vitamin regardless if they exercise or not imo. Think about Purchasing some protein powder to compliment your diet and later think about trying out creatine / glutamine. Sort of...

    Treadmill advice

Due to time constraints i can't consistently go to the gym anymore so i'm buying a power rack, weights, bar, bench, 12kg pair chains, bands, gym flooring, kettlebells etc... I'm not a big fan of using the Treadmill at the gym because i use my 30-45 mins to do weights, I have been running twice...

My mate is trying to drop some kilos.

whipped. From an outside perspective seems incredibly stupid, of course from a personal view you don't want to test the limits of your friendship by calling his gf a spasdick. At end of day losing weight/getting fit is a lifestyle change, if the idea of a vibrating machine appeals to him i do...
