What's your favourite place to buy supplements?

If you're going to mock me posting training related information in my training log, then what's the point of this forum then? Glad to see you have nothing better to do with your life than create fake accounts. Grow the fuck up.

You can also piss away 20 years and not make much progress if you're not dedicated.

Interesting. Instead of actually pointing the fingers back at yourself and answer questions. Congrats on another lap avoiding the elephant.

That's all you've got? I expected more from someone with so much "experience".

I'm only judging the people whose mouths are bigger than their training log. And there are only 2 people who fit this criteria. When is the last time I posted anything about a comp I did, unless someone asks? And I certainly don't post about it outside of my training log. I've never claimed...

    Another Terrorist attack

Good point. I think this is the beginning of the solution. The debate stems from simple minded thinking, assuming the world is black and white. "Ban all muslims", "this has nothing to do with the quran". The truth is neither is true and it's far too easy to jump to either conclusion. The...

I'm curious how the people so quick to judge others can't answer simple questions about themselves. Going to answer the question?

Any tips for book on masters training

There is a significant difference in recoverability though. I agree that most of the advice and techniques will be beneficial to both type of lifters. But there needs to be acknowledgement that there is a difference.

Much more interesting than not lifting weights and getting heavier. You forgot to answer the part about your progress.

It is nearly 100% true. Otherwise you'd have a billion terrorists. You don't.

Not exactly sure but probably the lightest I've been since starting weight training. Stronger than ever, cardio for days and sub 10% bodyfat without dieting. You?

Please let me know when a "good discussion" occurs around here then. When you start attacking the person and have nothing to say than "idiot" over and over, you look kind of simple and petty. I'd say I'm one of the few that actually wants to progress, have worthwhile training discussions and...

If you consider that crying, you must live a sheltered life. Don't let me get in the way of your snarky uneducated posts.

The problem is (and we're all guilty of this) is that the real world doesn't always play out as you planned on paper. Sure, I'm planning on adding 2.5kg a week to the bar for deadlifts for the same reps and sets. Seems reasonable, planned and will provided progressive overload. But after 6...
