    Squat shoes

Yeah true mate. I don't think my depth has been too bad, I have basically squatted barefoot most of my time lifting. After a hip/lower back injury I didn't squat for a while and things have not been as good since but still at a powerlifting depth for working sets. Sometimes on a heavier lift it...

    Squat shoes

I ended up getting Adidas Powerlift 3.1 shoes a while back at a cheap price. Pretty disappointed with the shoes overall, not sure what I was expecting. My squat does look deeper than it was barefoot or in flats, so objective complete there. That was the main reason for them, and I guess...

Just listened. Crazy stuff, not good for the sport. Why did IPF dump PA in the first place? Seems dumb to drop an established affiliate when they'd know all the problems the new affiliate would have getting subsidised drug testing and bypassing PA roadblocks.

Yeah that'd be good too, if not better. How do you find those, just through local gyms? I'm not really in the know with all this stuff, having only trained at home as a hobby.

So I take it that this decision by wilks indicates that PA has no chance of being reinstated as the IPF affiliate? Apu might be the go, I haven't joined nothing yet but I want to do a meet at some stage. Will need to see closer to the time where and when meets are held too before deciding.

what is this exercise called? does it even exist?

No, never overhead. I do shoulder dislocates with bands. That's the only thing I do that's similar. I had to watch the cuban press on YouTube, never hear of it it before. It looks good for shoulder mobility / strength.

what is this exercise called? does it even exist?

It's a barbell front raise but most people stop at about eye level. I am going to do them in my next program as an accessory to strengthen shoulders for bench press.
