its been a while since i have done them but i got some shoulder and clavical pain during the exercise and for the next day or two
no doubt my shoulders are weak but i got the feeling the pain was from something other than doms for some reason. probably more of a sharper pain as you mentioned...
once you started taking the gel did you find you lifts when up a bit and/or stalled less often? bodyfat reduce a little or anything? more importantly any negative side effects?
hey Gaucheharbor and sticky how did you guys get treated for low test? just went to the doctor and got a blood test and took it from there? have you tried anything else like the patches?
I've read the symptoms of low test and and tick all the boxes. only thing holding me back is MPB - im ugly...
if only they had the discipline to lift weights they would have had potential to be good power lifters

i heard the term 200lb bench/300lb squat/400lb dead to be sort of like the beginning of the intermediate stage of lifting and thought that once i've reached that strength level (or there abouts) i would have a decent enough strength level to ditch the full body routine and go a bodybuilding...
