    Not realy mate, like JJ said you have to run it for awhile to get the benefits. You will need more then 1iu a day to get results.

    GH is superior to Igf1 any day, not all GH floating around on the street is fake though and costs a fraction of the cost. If you can get it legaly then go for it and reap the benefits. As you know the stuff is expensive as hell, and thats why most people resort to cheaper means of obtaining it.

    First lesson clen and T3 aren't steroids. Remember at the end of the day these can be dangerous drugs and with the wrong kind of information could leave the user in a world of hurt. Im just giving some advice thats all, don't want to offend, but rather educate.

    The HCG diet is another silly fad, the only reason people loose weight on it is because of the 1000cal diet lol.

    whats your views on effort per set?

    I just keep training an excercise until I hit failure (8reps atm) then move onto the next one. This may take as many as 3-5 sets depending on the weight.
