    You won't drop out of keto easily. I think you are massively over thinking it which just adds to making a diet tougher. Use keto sticks if you need the reinforcement.

    If you are not overweight and resistance train you most likely don't have insulin sensitivity issues.

    BCAA supplementation is only useful when your diet is lacking in them. So if you are eating right you will not need them.

    Tried it out today with peri peri sauce. Went great. Little messy due to sauce but the chicken was good and i had to eat it real fast so that helped a lot.

    Body Weight training to get fit

    You can get bigger with bodyweight training it is just less efficient and therefore slower. Keep working on controlling your technique and making your exercises more difficult, especially the muscle ups as JZ pointed out. Eat more than you expend and you will grow, same rules for someone in the gym.
