    Soreness is simple. If you are not training frequently enough you will get sore. No amount of food will stop it, only slightly reduce it. Increase your frequency and you won't get as sore.

    It is not marathon running. Sprinting promotes muscle mass and power and is not that high in volume vs distance runs. And even when incorporating a lot of cardio as long as you lift and eat appropriate amounts you will keep your lean mass.

    You run faster, you run longer, you drop the incline to 0%, you change shorten the rest period.

    Useless if it is turned on. Can't move fast enough for you. Try it, though you will probably quit before you hit 10 reps of 50 strides with 30s rest or not do it hard enough.

    You're missing out. Put treadmill at 5% incline, don't turn it on, sprint, short rest, repeat. Better than the prowler.

    You're right. Lower weight as you have and try taking one breath and see how you go from now on.
