    Can be issues with your shoulder (nerve) or just a mild strain or repetitive stress issue. You should get yourself checked for strength and flexibility balance issues. You can do this yourself. DB presses, try a machine ohp one handed and see how you go. Check for shoulder internal rotation...

    Damn farmers. There be a lot of energy expenditure throughout the day for you. I maintain on about 3500-4200 depending on my activity throughout the day. Cut 2800-3500. Don't need to bulk so no idea at moment. I am 110kg at 6'3 and have a fairly active job and fairly active lifestyle.

    A doctor can not report you due to confidentiality UNLESS you are showing an intent to harm others, from what I remember. Secondly they are there for your health so yes they may give you a talking to but most likely they will make sure you are as healthy as possible if you choose to use steroids.

    How can newbs prevent shoulder injuries?

    Forgot a good point. Correct any internal rotation short comings that you have to keep your shoulders healthy. Mobility WOD has a good one but you need a partner to step on your shoulder to keep your humerus head in the shoulder socket.

    I find a training partner helps with the motivation a bit and other technical aspects. But once I am lifting I just want my music and to see nor hear any one else, as soon as it is done talking about training is another good aspect.

    There are pros and cons. Standing all day can also lead to a lot of circulation issues, hip disorders, tiredness and foot pain. What you really want is a way to have both that is easily changeable.

    Body Weight training to get fit

    You don't have to get big legs to get strong legs nor do you have to get bigger to get stronger and better at sport through lifting. If you want to get bigger and you are exercising that much then you just need to start eating a hell of a lot more. What do you do for your legs?
