splitting workout into two parts (same day)

The movement is a skill that gets more efficient and easier as we do it. I think that may have been what Andy was getting at.

    Advice needed for program

Do something that focuses on compound movements at a minimum, has progressive overload set up, has enough volume and/or frequency in it and make it something you will like doing and just do it. Keep lifting hard, keep lifting more and eat a lot. Keep away from too much cardio unless it is...

    Lunch time work outs?

Some people do better working out before work as they have no interruptions. Lunch time sessions sometimes get over run by meetings and work commitments. Depends on if you see this occurring often.

    Caffeine help :)

Caffeine has also been shown to boost testosterone (post training) and at levels up to 400mg (before training) more T is released than C. If you are not going caffeine crazy (ie lots all day long) and keep it to 1 or maybe 2 doses when you need it most the cortisol release will be fine. I...

anyone from perth interested in a raw milk order?

Quite literally because of the SHIT nature has provided. Ask Bazza about the cleanliness of cows. If you want a general health point of view then maybe drinking another animals milk is not that good for you? I am not saying it is or not but why not just steer clear of milk in the first place and...

    My Program. Opinions?

For shoulders no but to replace cleans yes. I use them as a power building exercise. Exploding off the floor with a powerful hip drive and shrug.

    My Program. Opinions?

An upright row is not a suitable substitute. Try Hang pull, high pulls etc that do not use the catch phase of the clean. It provides the same benefit in power and strength without the technical aspect.

Such a nerd....... Going back to research some physiology now.

    My Program. Opinions?

I would cut out the upright rows and just keep dips as a lighter movement as a maximum. 5x5 on bench and ohp is pretty tough already and you could get by without the dips.

    Do you enjoy your occupation?

I like my job, i like my bosses and colleagues. I could do with a few more clients who push it and are interested in S&C over general health and rehab but i guess that is something i can work up to. Also helps that my bosses respect my opinion and ask for my input and help on things. My old...

Time for a fat tax ?

Mass electronic check in system that is centrally controlled and audited. Don't turn up twice a week minimum and you fail :) How about we as a society take out a lot more of the convenience factor from day to day life and make it harder to overeat and under exercise.
