    Squatting shoes

I like my Romaleos. I squatted with a friends adipowers (the expensive adidas oly shoes) and found them to be solid to. They are narrower than the Nikes. Edit: I originally went with the Nikes cos I have wider feet

It was a dog act. Why would I want to support those who turn their backs on the lifting community?

    Basic Home Gym

I've had a powertec rack for prob 5+ years now. The biggest annoyance is that it's very wide - pretty much collar to collar on a standard bar. Because of this I constantly knock the bar/plates unracking squats. The basic muscle motion racks we use at PTC are good basic racks - I've squatted 200+...

Buying the best belt you can in Australia

I get a warning about malware when I try to visit titanaus. Using chrome LOL at a brahma costing 400, they are like 150 on the US titan site. Edit: The belts I've seen ppl buy from Titan recently have all been delivered with no stiffness. Can anyone say if this is how they are made now? When...

    Education

I didn't learn anything at uni (Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, U of Sydney) that I didn't already know from reading about training because I was interested in it. The focus was on rehab/cardiovascular training for the VAST majority of the course, strength training was maybe a couple...

    Jackals Gym

As above. 1-2 weeks delivery, I sized down by 2, but only just (I was at the beginning of XL size and got M). They were really tight (= a huge bitch to get on) initially but have bedded in well.

    Rts

Spritcha you mentioned he has shifted his thinking in some ways. Is there anything in the book that he would do differently in regards to a raw lifter? I'm looking to give this a shot for the rest of the year (starting once I wrap up things in about 10 weeks).

Recommend me the perfect belt :)

I use an underground elite single prong belt and have no complaints. Still heaps stiff after a year +. If your weight doesn't fluctuate much a lever belt is easier to get on/off. I don't know who to recommend though - Trent has got a couple lever belts in from Titan recently and they were all...

I'm amazed how sure you are that this child is yours despite having only dated for 6 weeks, honestly. I wouldn't be selling my harley until a paternity test was done personally.

    Lower Back

Does extending your back make it feel better/worse/same? Very hard to say anything other than see someone to assess you, back pain is common and usually has a good prognosis. Don't stay in bed/stop doing normal activity. I am not a doctor etc, take advice at own risk
