    You aren't cheating on anyone, but as with all things, apply the asshole test. Does sleeping with someone, whom you know is in a committed relationship, make you an asshole? I would say yes, which means find someone else to play with.

    Not sure where workshops stand at the moment, past 2-3 have not generated enough interest to go ahead. GPC States are on the 29th so there won't be a workshop, although everyone should swing by and see some weight get shifted :D PS Karen - ladies can play bball to!

    It's not about being able to lift more weight, its about being able to lift incrementally more over a prolonged period of time - linear progression. When this stalls out I would consider person xyz intermediate from a programming perspective.

    If you start at 25kg for OHP as an example, that means you are adding 10% each session... so yes I'd say that is too much. If you change the rep range and can still progress next session/weekly then I'd still classify the person as a beginner. I would argue that not being able to add weight...
