Good push press, spartacus. (edit: and military press, below)

    What size 12 looks like

Even if you do that: eat like a land whale, and you'll still be one. It's relevant.

    overhead press forum bests

My best press (not push) so far is 85 for a single. Next time I go heavy with that lift, I'll see if I can get some video of it. Should be doing bw press by then. I don't do push press, jerk, that sort of stuff.

The Awesome Newbie Program Picker - For Strength.

5/3/1 for beginners is one of the more retarded ideas for strength training I've encountered. Four of the other five are all but interchangeable. And then ICF 5x5... is another kind of beast altogether. Who comes up with these fucking selections.

    Dinosaur Training

I've read some of it. Haven't done any routine from it, but did borrow a couple of ideas, a while back. I think there are better sources of information for that kind of training, but he can be amusing sometimes, the way he puts things.

    Worst exercises

Chest Pec Deck Back (upper) Lat Pulldown Shoulders Machine Press Thighs (quad) Leg Extension Thighs (hams) Romanian Deadlift Biceps Concentration Curl Triceps Close Grip Bench Press Similar to taurus' list. All of those either suck, feel all kinds of wrong, or are just retarded anyway. And...

Arnold vs. Ronnie Side By Side Measurement Comparison

If each thigh measures the same as your waist, you are seriously fucked up. Arnie ftw (out of those two... for all I give a shit anyway).

    Best Method of Cardio

Skipping rope > running. Maybe get one of those. I mean, unless you want to be a runner specifically. Fucked if I know though, I don't play a sport.

    Micro loading dumbells

Yeah. I made some .625kg plates, and they're pretty handy for both. Makes a difference for me, with shit like OHP. Those that don't need them, great. Good for you. Works for me though.

How do you like your Steak cook?

    Still mooing.

    Rice Cooker or Stove Top

Stovetop. When the water has just all run out, the rice is perfectly done. Took a while to get the ratio and temps/time down, but now it's easy as can be. Don't cook a lot of rice, but when I do, that's how I do it. Not a big fan of most "convenience" food appliances to be honest.

    Favorite underrated exercise?

Probably more so. Faaark, they can build some muscle. Inverted rows was a good call, above. Never ever see those. Not rack chins either.

    Favorite underrated exercise?

Farmer's walk. I never even see devoted squatters or deadlifters doing them. Not that we get many of them...

    Brown vs White bread

Far as supermarket breads go, I dont' mind Abbott's Light Rye. But I prefer to go to proper bakeries and get the real thing, made with actual bread flour (i.e., higher protein, different texture, better). And there's often a big difference between "brown" bread and genuine wholemeal bread...

    Paused Lifts

Interesting stuff. I'm fine with paused low bars, eschew all high bar variants, but like fronts even though they're fatiguing fuckers. So I might try some paused fronts next week.

    Paused Lifts

I can't see any good reason not to do both pause benches and pause squats, if you're ever going to compete in raw powerlifting, or even if you're just a raw lifter and don't want to compete, but do want to keep increasing your strength for the long haul. Never tried a pause deadlift. Seems like...

If you only could do ONE exercise for each muscle, what would that be?

Deadlift 500 lbs @ bodyweight 168 lbs - YouTube 500 lb. Deadlift at 160 lbs. - YouTube My picks would be strict press for shoulders, bench for chest, dips for tris, curls for bis, pullups for lats, rows for upper back, shrugs for traps, deadlifts for lower back, front squats for abs, squats...

Meet Greg Glassman, the man behind the CrossFit machine

"Now we've got people doing a hundred pullups! Haha!" Fucking retards gon tard. It reeks of cult, in every way. The saddest thing about it is that no-one involved in it is aware of this.

    Muay Thai Fight/Program

Looks okay. Just be careful when you're lifting, and when you're training. They can conflict, I find. Adding in some explosive lifts is a good idea, yep. Another thing you could try for legs is lunge or walking lunge. Or stepups. If you were doing grappling at all, I might suggest floor press...
