    I'm in your age bracket and I'm still in a lifetime of bulking and without becoming a fat anything ... although I'm a tortoise in the bulking race :D

    Actually, when bulking it's not a bad idea to count macros (as opposed to being hung up on a calorie number). Mostly just to make sure that a) you get sufficient protein and b) you are indeed in a surplus. Not mandatory but it can be helpful.

    Awesome scrambled chilli eggs with feta and multigrain for lunch (no pic, didn't have phone).     yeah, probably right! if you get banana or vanilla wrong and it tastes like sweet chemicals, it's the worst. Must say I was super surprised that BN's banana is pretty good. It's one of those flavours that always tastes fake!

    ugh Synergy 5 .. that's the one! literally spat it out. choc truffle flavour, if I recall right.

    International protein whey matrix mix. So sickly sweet, it made me gag. Threw out the tub. Also, what's with a massive tub that is only 1/4 filled with powder? I hate that.

    because I got prawn cutlets to put on my pizza. I put them on raw, they cooked, when I eat them I remove the shells. this is normal. any other way is suspicious.... aka I make my own pizza.

    Massive rice salad with tuna, egg, and various veg for lunch (no pic, forgot). More pancakes this morning ... very light and cakey this time :) Loving passionfruit this year. They're so good!
